Founded in 2022 by two US Army Veterans, JDM Holdings, LLC seeks to fulfill its mission of generating large revenue streams for its members. Through the purchase of tax lien and foreclosure residential and commercial properties, and their final disposition by means of resale, subsidized, and/or traditional rental property, JDM Holdings, LLC, accomplishes its mission. Additionally, JDM Holdings, LLC, fulfills its obligations to its members by purchasing and managing various existing and new local businesses and national franchise locations.
JDM Holdings, LLC, prides itself in a commitment to the community, and works tirelessly to provide value added avenues of financial gain for anyone displaced by its ongoing operations, to include (but not limited to) renting acquired properties back to previous owners, which may include subsidizing their cost and, after a negotiated time frame, offer the property for sale at a significantly reduce rate (from market value) to the then lease holder.
